In this structure, due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between porcelain parts, welding ring and pin, the metallized edge of welding ring and porcelain parts is stressed greatly in the process of heating and cooling in high temperature welding, which is easy to be pulled apart by solder, resulting in the problem of air tightness.
For the shaft seal structure, the metallization and lead pins in the porcelain parts are filled with silver copper solder, which directly forms the gas seal connection. This type of sealing requires very high clearance accuracy between the hole and the pin. Too narrow clearance pin can not be inserted smoothly, so it can not be assembled and welded; If the gap is too wide, the solder cannot be filled, resulting in welding holes. And the slight fluctuation of the gap size will also cause the amount of solder can not be accurately controlled, resulting in air tightness problems.
